Who we are
This website is run by PT Aksata Petrotech Indonesia (ASTEC), One Pacific Place, 15th floor, SCBD, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav 52-53, Jakarta 12190, Indonesia. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you type in the contact form: your name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
- A spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile when you send the form.
- Anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to your message, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and, if you chose the AI pilot list, to contact you about the pilot. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who sees it
Your message goes to our team’s inbox. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes the form on our behalf, and the email is delivered by our email provider. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for 12 months, or longer if it becomes part of a project with you, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will handle your request.
